Michael is also the founder of Short Term Rental Secrets, a mentorship program to help new and seasoned real estate investors launch, automate & scale their short term rental portfolio to 2-5x their rental income and fast track their journey to financial freedom. He currently has a portfolio of 102 short-term rentals across four states including 3 boutique hotels on Boston’s north shore.

Kyle and Allie Fugatt are experienced entrepreneurs and investors with backgrounds in syndications, capital raising, short-term rentals, boutique hotels, consulting, and coaching. They are the owners of Cherokee Rose Homes, a property management company in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and The Mallard Hotel in Copperhill, TN.  Kyle and Allie are 2 of the co-founders of The STRategic Investors, a short-term rental meetup company designed to educate current & future hosts as well as elevate the overall quality & standards of the short-term rental industry by offering operators a “meetup in a box” foundation to help them ensure a successful meetup from day one.
